So here again i and some other friends receiving similar links on Facebook chat box. so i thought i must inform about this Spam link. This time it is not a virus but its viral spam links. It is a new stalker apps.

This apps claim to show users who, among their friends, is regularly visiting their page.

This is the page you will see when you click those links.
Once you are click those links and it tell you to install or even install without telling you. then your account is start sending same message and links to all your friends in your contacts list ( like picture below). This is not danger as virus or malware but just annoying your friends. beware sometime time your account can be banned for a while.

I am not an expert but as this is an application so removing this from your Facebook account might be solved your problem.

How to remove Application from Facebook account. follow the steps below

1- Go to your Facebook home page, click where it says "Account", this is located on the Top right of your screen.
2- Then click over Privacy Settings,
3- Once you're there scroll down and go to the bottom left, there you'll see a link that reads "Applications and Websites",
4- Click where it says "Edit your Settings". You'll be redirected to the "Applications, Games and Websites" Page. There you'll see a list of the applications that you have installed on your Facebook Account.
5- Under the applications you'll see an "X" and a text that reads: "Remove unwanted or spammy applications". Click over the word "Remove".
6- Finally you select the “X” on the right side where it says "stalker apps" or the name of the application that you want to remove.

About this apps, Facebook said: "Don't believe any applications that claim they can show you who's viewing your profile or photo. They can't."

Have you ever receive a call from Telemarketer, If you have ever receive this kind of call of course you want to hang up the phone but it is very hard to hang up the phone. I have been received so many calls like this, i feel it's so hard to deal with telemarketer. Few days ago i received a forwarded mail from a friend, normally i will mark forwarded mail as spam and delete but that mail has subject 12 Ways to Get Rid of a Telemarketer. So i read and found it is interesting and definitely use it when i counter next Telemarketer. hope you find this post interesting... as i do.

1. If they want to loan you money, tell them you just filed for bankruptcy and
you could sure use some money. Ask, “How long can I keep it? Do I have to
ever pay it back, or is it like the other money I borrowed before my
bankruptcy?”

2. If you get one of those pushy people who won’t shut up, just listen to their
sales pitch. When they try to close the sale, tell them that you’ll need to go get
your credit card. Then, just set the phone down and go do laundry, shopping or
whatever. See how long that commission based scum waits for you to get your
credit card.

3. If they start out with, “How are you today?” say, “Why do you want to
know?” Or you can say, “I’m so glad you asked, because no one seems to care
these days and I have all these problems, my sciatica is acting up, my eyelashes
are sore, my dog just died….” When they try to get back to the sales process, just
continue on with telling about your problems.

4. If the person says he’s Joe Doe from the ABC Company, ask him to spell his
name, then ask him to spell the company name, then ask where it is located.
Continue asking personal questions or questions about the company for as long
as necessary.

5. This one works better if you are male: Telemarketer: “Hi, my name is Julie
and I’m with Dodger & Peck Services…. You: “Hang on a second.” (few seconds
pause) “Okay, (in a really husky voice) what are you wearing?”

6. Crying out, in well-simulated tones of pleasure and surprise, “Julie!! Is this
really you? I can’t believe it! Julie, how have you BEEN?” Hopefully, this will
give Julie a few brief moments of terror as she tries to figure out where the heck
she could know you from.

7. Say, “No,” over and over. Be sure to vary the sound of each no, and keep an
even tempo even as they’re trying to speak. This is the most fun if you can keep
going until they hang up.

8. If MCI calls trying to get you to sign up with their Family and Friends plan,
reply, in as sinister a voice as you can muster, “I don’t have any friends…would
you be my friend?”

9. If they clean rugs: “Can you get blood out, you can? Well, how about goat
blood or HUMAN blood - chicken blood too?”

10. Let the person go through their spiel, providing minimal but necessary
feedback in the form of an occasional “Uh-huh, really, or, “That’s fascinating.”
Finally, when they ask you to buy, ask them to marry you. They get all flustered,
but just tell them you couldn't give your credit card number to someone who’s a
complete stranger.

11. Tell them you work for the same company they work for. Example:
Telemarketer: “This is Bill from Widget & Associates.” You: “Widget &
Associates!! Hey I work for them too. Where are you calling from?”
Telemarketer: “Uh, Dallas, Texas.” You: “Great, they have a group there too?
How’s business/the weather? Too bad the company has a policy against selling
to employees! Oh well, see ya.”

12. Tell the Telemarketer you are busy and if they will give you their phone
number you will call them back. If they say they are not allowed to give out
their number, then ask them for their home number and tell them you will call
them at home (this is usually the most effective method of getting rid of
Telemarketers). If the person says, “Well, I don’t really want to get a call at
home,” say, “Yeah! Now you know how I feel.” (smiling, of course…)

How to apply Credit Cards

Few days ago we have read few post related with credit cards, Bad Credit Credit Cards and another post by Ekarin Bumroongpuk in how to open Bank accounts for foreigners . As he left note at the end of the post he will post another tips for personal finance for expatriates. So this post is posted on same Nation website.

Hope this post will help foreigners who lived in Thailand and willing to have domestically issued credit cards. Because domestically issued credit cards will allow you to receive benefits from regular retail promotions, lucky prize draws, discounts and loyalty programmes. By using local cards, foreigners can also save the foreign-exchange fee charged when using foreign-issued credit cards in Thailand. Normally it's very hard to get one domestically issued credit cards for the foreigners in Thailand, but not impossible. Anyway this post will help you to get some idea about the process to get credit cards in Thailand.

Thai banks set guidelines on minimum local work experience and monthly income for foreign customers wishing to use plastic money.

For a credit-card application, each card issuer requires:
Minimum monthly income "each bank has different conditions" see list below

Copies of valid passport and visa

Copy of valid work permit

Income evidence

For Expats, domestically issued credit cards will allow you to receive benefits from regular retail promotions, lucky prize draws, discounts and loyalty programmes (See picture Below). By using local cards, foreigners can also save by not having to pay the foreign-exchange fee charged when using foreign-issued credit cards in Thailand.

However, each bank has different conditions for credit-card applications. lets see this series about financial products for Expats gathered by The Nation.

The Bangkok Bank credit card is available to foreign applicants who are permanent residents or have had a work permit for at least one year, while other conditions are the same as for Thai applicants.

Kasikorn bank requires foreign customers to have a minimum of one year's work experience in Thailand to apply for a credit card, with a minimum monthly income of at least Bt50,000.

They must also provide a credit bureau's authorization, and their work permit must be valid for at least six month after the application date. Customers will be informed of the approval result within 16 days for applications in Bangkok and 19 days upcountry.

Siam Commercial Bank requires a work permit and minimum monthly salary of Bt100, 000, compared with Thai applicants' minimum income of Bt15, 000. The bank also needs foreign customers to show a bank statement covering the past six months.

Krung Thai Bank (KTC) requires foreign applicants to have had a work permit for at least two years, but their requirement for minimum monthly income is Bt15, 000, the same as for Thai applicants. They must also show a bank statement covering the past three months and their passport.

TMB Bank offers two choices of credit-card applications for foreigners. The first requires lending deals with corporations of at least three years and a minimum credit line of Bt30 million. Expats employed by these companies are eligible to apply for a TMB Bank credit card. A work permits must also be shown.

The second choice is offered to individual foreigners who open a fixed-deposit account with the bank. They must use the account as collateral for their credit-card application and will receive a credit line of not more than 80 per cent of the deposit amount.

Bank of Ayudhya requires three years' local work experience and a minimum monthly income of Bt50, 000 for a classic card and one year's local work experience and a monthly salary of Bt100, 000 for gold and platinum cards. Self-employed customers should have average cash flow in their bank account of Bt350, 000 a month or more for the classic card and Bt700, 000 or more for gold and platinum cards. Applicants must submit copies of their passport and work permit valid for at least six months. Company employees need a copy of a payroll slip and a bank statement covering the past six months.

Remember that if any of your credit cards has been lost, stolen or retained by an ATM or if you suspect you have been the victim of fraud, contact your card issuer immediately.

In canceling your card or putting a hold on your account, you will be liable for all transactions made before notifying the bank.

A look at the qualification criteria at various institutions and the documents you need
Expatriates living and working in Thailand need to conduct financial transactions such as opening a bank account, applying for a credit card, money transfers, investment and insurance. But due to their foreign status there are some transactions they cannot undertake.

The Nation has gathered information on what expatriates can and cannot do in terms of products offered by local financial institutions.

Let's begin with a truly fundamental product - the bank account.

Foreigners are classified into four groups: permanent residents in Thailand, foreigners with a work permit, foreigners with a long-stay visa (non-immigrant) such as international students, and foreigners with a tourist visa.

The first group are foreigners who live in Thailand. They are supposed to show an alien certificate and copy of their house registration for identity verification. The second group needs to show a passport and a work permit.

In general, Thai commercial banks require a work permit and a passport to open a savings account, current account and fixed-deposit account.

For example, Siam Commercial Bank and Bank of Ayudhya require a minimum work-permit period of six months. Kasikornbank ( used to Thai Farmers Bank) requires the same but if a foreigner has no work permit, they must show a document which confirms that their stay in Thailand is for at least three months ( Some Hope to Open Bank account without Work Permit.)

Foreigners with these required documents are qualified to open bank accounts and hold a debit or ATM card.

However, there are still many foreigners who have no work permit, such as foreign students who hold a long-stay visa. Therefore, they need to hand in confirmation documents from their colleges or school. A foreigner with no work permit is supposed to supply any additional documents that a bank may require, before it decides whether to approve the application.

Among the large banks, only Bangkok Bank allows foreigners with tourist visas can open a ‘Resident Baht Account’ and make transactions via any Bangkok Bank’s counter or you can apply for a Be1st debit card to use within Thailand. This account provides foreigners with tourist visas access to their funds from any ATM machine in the country however, foreigners will not be able to access funds from overseas. However, applications from this category are considered on a case-by-case basis and tourists must stay at least 180 days in the Kingdom.

Foreigners who enter Thailand via an on-arrival visa - valid for 30 days - will not be considered.

A Bangkok Bank savings account requires a minimum initial deposit of Bt500, plus a Bt100 joining fee and Bt150-Bt200 annually for an ATM card or Be1st debit card.

A current account, which allows customers to use cheques, requires a much higher minimum initial deposit of Bt10,000. However, very few retailers in Thailand accept cheques, except when there is an established relationship with the customer.

Fixed-deposit accounts require a minimum initial deposit of Bt1,000-Bt2,000 and customers can choose from a range of periods, such as three months, six months or one year.

Right now, Bangkok Bank is keen to expand its expatriate customer base. It is, therefore, inviting Immigration Bureau staff to train its employees on the basic rules on classifying foreigners into various visa and work-permit categories.

The “World of Money” exhibition

Let’s explore the past and the future of the world of money.
Good News! you may have wanted to know about the origin of the money we use today in Thailand, but never found an answer. Money has played a crucial role since ancient times and has become increasingly important in the modern world.

In ancient times, people began trading using the barter system – direct exchange of surplus for needed goods, such as rice and pottery. Later on, commonly required objects were used as an exchange medium, such as utensils and ornaments. When science and technology advanced further, metals were minted into a variety of different coins. Bank notes were later introduced by foreign bank branches to facilitate growing international trade. Since that time bank notes have evolved continuously in terms of both material and printing technology in order to prevent forgery.

Since the launch of computerized banking services, a number of different services have emerged, such as online deposits, withdrawals, transfers across branches, and plastic money like debit cards and credit cards such as: Visa Card, Master cards, American express, JCB, diners club, etc. These services let buyers and sellers conduct financial transactions more conveniently. Settlement methods do not have to be in concrete form like physical money as long as it can ensure the confidence of the concerned parties in the trading system. Money has therefore evolved from the concrete to the abstract, e.g. electronic money.

The Thai Bank Museum, established by Siam Commercial Bank PCL – the first Thai Bank in service for more than a century, and the National Science Museum under the Ministry of Science and Technology will jointly organize a “World of Money” exhibition to showcase science and technologies in relation to money for the first time in Thailand.

At the exhibition, visitors will have an opportunity to realize the value of knowing about Thailand's monetary history, and learn theories, applied sciences, and technology related to monetary and banking development from the past through to the future. Hands-on experience – touching, experiments, self-learning – is available for visitors through exhibition media and activities.

The “World of Money” exhibition will open to the public during 3-29 November 2008 (Monday-Saturday) from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Thai Bank Museum, Siam Commercial Bank PCL Head Office.
Admission is free.

This is what mostly blogger believe that there are some key words like a debit card, loan, debt, donation. That brings high paying Google ads to your blog. I believe some how it's true. For example Yesterday when i checked my Google AdSense account I wonder with my earning report for previous day , there is 436 page impressions and just only 1 click but earning is US$1.22 . Did you get what i mean? OK i will try to tell you why i am talking about this. Normally when your blog readers click on some Google ads you'll earn revenue. Google ads are appear in your blog according to your blog post. normally per ads click you earn 0.10 cents or 0.20 cents. but there are some keywords that pay you more then a US$10 or even US$20. ( Some of my Blogger friends told me There is some Google ads that pay you More Then US$50 for just only 1 Click. ) . I will leave this issue to find out which words paying high revenue.

So i am talking about My AdSense Account earn US$1.22 , which is first time i ever earn that much by a Single Click. And the earnings for previous day is 0.27 cents ( 2 clicks at Google AdSense 0.22 cents and 1 click at Google search 0.05 cents.) i have posted screen shots of each day earnings. and earnings for today is page impression 446 but earning is only 0.07 cents and single Click but it's normal rate. see picture.

It's Been While I am Members of blogsvertise . I am very happy with Blogsvertise and it's staff. whenever i have some question which is not in Faq I go this help page to send an email , with in a day some one responce your mail.

Fewdays ago I got and email from blogsvertise there some useful tips about how to get more task . I think this links are very helpful so why not post them here. there only simple 4 things to follow .

If you haven't received PIN card, you may like to know how it's look like and what is Google AdSense pin code . Today I will give you some idea How it's looks like and What is it.

Ok Google AdSense PIN is personal Identification number.Which is 6 (######) digit number. once you've earned $50 in combined AdSense for content and AdSense for search earnings, Google will mail a Personal Identification Number to the payment address in your account. You'll need to enter this PIN into your account before Google send any payments to you. Your PIN will be sent by standard post and will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. In my case It's take about 4 weeks to recive this card, I wait and only wait I thought PIN cards may lost Some where, i am almost going to Change my Address in Google account but Before I change my address PIN card is In my mail box. When i saw Google Card I am very Happy And Want to sahre My feelings With you. This post I write to share my Feelings But It's Been while Irecived my Card so I don't know How to Express my feelings except A word I was very Happy. you will know when you will recived your Google card .

The young executives were shocked, but the boss continued. "I amgoing to give each one of you a seed today - a very special seed. I want youto plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with whatyou have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge theplants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO."

One man, named Jim, was there that day and he like the others,received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed.

Every day, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.

Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now,others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure.

Six months went by - still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he hadkilled his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he hadnothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however. He just kept wateringand fertilizing the soil - he so wanted the seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the young executives of the companybrought their plants to the CEO for inspection. Jim told his wife that hewasn't going to take an empty pot. But she asked him to be honest about whathappened.
Jim felt sick at his stomach. It was going to be the most embarrassingmoment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.
He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he wasamazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They werebeautiful--in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many ofhis colleagues laughed. A few felt sorry for him!
When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his youngexecutives. Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. "Today one of you will beappointed the next CEO!"
All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with hisempty pot. He ordered the financial director to bring him to the front.
Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe hewill have me fired!"
When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed.
Jim told him the story.
The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, andthen announced to the young executives, "Here is your next ChiefExecutive! His name is Jim!"
Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed. How couldhe be the new CEO the others said?
Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this rooma seed.
I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back tome today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was notpossible for them to grow.All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers.
"When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted anotherseed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage andhonesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who willbe the new Chief Executive!"

Moral:
If you plant honesty, you will reap trust.
If you plant goodness, you will reap friends.
If you plant humility, you will reap greatness.
If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment.
If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective.
If you plant hard work, you will reap success.
If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation.

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap later.

In my Previous Post i have told you Story About My Travel to nepal. I did not use my blog about a months. Because i want to spend my trip is more intresting then just only blogging. but this is like my mistake away from Internet, I got some Task from Blogsvertise. I woluld like to Say sorry For Not to up date my Blogs . I have Great time during this 1 month.

I visit to Nepal . To my family and friends. I am sorry friends I can not give you enough time.

I was so busy . with my Travel And other Works. At the End My flight is not Confermed. so Everything was done very quick. and I paid extra $75 to fly soon . anthor I had confermed my Air Ticket to 9th nov. so friends forgive me . anyway we have wholelife to enjoy togather .

I was Not Able To Reach Internet For A month. So many things has been change in internet . Internet fast very change . many websites have Change There layouts and Function. so it's take me few days to adjust with new style.
